Whether you have dozens or hundreds of conversations, ChatGPT Chat Manager gives you tools to quickly find the chats you want to keep and safely select the ones you no longer need. ### Manage Your Chat History • View your ChatGPT conversations in one convenient list • Sort by created date or last updated date • Search and filter conversations by title • Filter conversations by created date range • Select conversations older than a specified number of days • Include or exclude archived and starred conversations • Open any conversation directly in ChatGPT ### ChatGPT Project Support ChatGPT Chat Manager can recognize conversations assigned to Projects, giving you more control over how your organized chats are handled. • Filter conversations by individual ChatGPT Project • View only conversations that are not assigned to a Project • Quickly select chats that aren't assigned to any Project • See the Project associated with a conversation • Exclude Project conversations from deletion for additional protection • Include Project names and information when exporting conversations to CSV ### CSV Export Export selected conversation information to a CSV file for backup, organization, or record keeping. Exports can include: • Conversation title • Conversation ID • Created and updated dates • Project name • Project status and Project ID The CSV export contains conversation information used by the manager; it does not export the complete contents of your conversations. ### Safer Bulk Deletion Select multiple conversations and remove them without deleting chats one at a time. Safety features include: • Two-step delete confirmation • 10-second confirmation window • Optional protection for conversations assigned to Projects • Real-time deletion progress • Estimated time remaining • Pause and resume controls • Clear reporting of successful and failed deletions • Reminder to export selected conversation information before deleting Deletion is only performed after you explicitly select conversations and confirm the action. ### Privacy ChatGPT Chat Manager runs locally in your browser. The extension does not collect, sell, or send your ChatGPT conversation information to the developer or third-party analytics services. Actions are performed directly between your browser and ChatGPT using your existing authenticated ChatGPT session. No ads. No analytics. No tracking. ### Important Notes Deleting conversations can be permanent. Always review your selections carefully before confirming deletion. ChatGPT Chat Manager relies on ChatGPT interfaces and services that may change over time. Changes made by ChatGPT may temporarily affect some extension functionality until an update is available.
