A tool for using OpenAI's ChatAPI.

This tool provides a convenient interface for using OpenAI's ChatAPI. It allows for the transmission of all conversation history, enabling continuous dialogue. Additionally, it supports Markdown display, reproducing the user experience of the original ChatGPT. In particular, this tool can serve as a supplementary tool when you have reached the limit of the number of times you can use GPT-4 per hour.
