Chat Spike Chapters for CHZZK VOD

Find the loud parts of a CHZZK replay: chat spike chapters plus a chat density heatmap on the player progress bar.

A three hour CHZZK replay has no chapters, so finding the part everyone was talking about means dragging the progress bar and hoping. The crowd already marked it, though: replay chat runs many times faster the moment something happens. This extension reads the replay chat of the VOD you are watching, measures how fast chat was moving at points across the whole video, and lists the moments where it spiked far above that replay's own normal pace. Each one is a button. Click it and the player jumps there, fifteen seconds early so you catch the run up. You also get a density strip drawn just above the progress bar, so the busy stretches of a four hour watch party are visible at a glance before you click anything. How to use 1. Open a CHZZK replay. 2. In the panel on the right, press "Find chat spikes". A long replay takes about ten to twenty seconds, and chapters appear as they are found. 3. Click any chapter to jump. Times are shown as h:mm:ss with how many times above normal chat was running. What it does • Builds chapters from replay chat density, not from anything anyone typed by hand • Shows a chat density heatmap strip above the player progress bar • Labels every chapter with how many times the replay's median chat rate it hit • Jumps 15 seconds before the spike so you see what caused it • Skips donation and system rows, and caps any single chatter, so one spammer cannot fake a peak • Trims the greeting and goodbye stretches that always spike • Adjustable spike threshold, so you can ask for only the biggest moments or for everything • Runs on your device with no account and no sign in, reading only CHZZK's own public replay data, and each replay is measured only once • Stays completely silent on uploads that have no replay chat Everything here is an estimate from chat volume.
