Chat Nostalgia saves your currently open AI chat threads. It simply presents a button, applies powerful processing, and then hits a service that allows you to pay less than a dollar to download the chat securely via Stripe. Since OpenAI chat came out less than a week ago, this extension will be in rapid iteration and should be expected to have some quirks (that is why it is priced low enough to forget about).
