Long conversations cause AI models to lose context and produce worse responses — most users don't realize this is happening. Chat Health shows you: - Estimated context load (how full your conversation is) - A clear health status: Healthy, Growing, Long, or Critical - A recommendation when you should start a fresh chat - Current model in use - Estimated token usage for this conversation and today All data stays local in your browser. Nothing is sent to any server. Currently supports ChatGPT. More providers coming soon.
