ChatGPT Screenshot Helper lets you capture screenshots from any browser tab and instantly attach them to a selected ChatGPT conversation. How it works: • Open a ChatGPT conversation and click “Connect” • Navigate to any tab • Press ⌘⇧Z (Mac) or Ctrl⇧Z (Windows) • The screenshot is automatically uploaded to your connected ChatGPT thread Features: • One active ChatGPT connection at a time • Visual confirmation of screenshots • Auto-disconnect if the chat tab closes • No external servers — everything runs locally Limitations: • will not work if in a text input Redo shortcut takes priority • will not work in chrome:// pages chrome blocks this Perfect for debugging, explanations, and visual workflows.
