Back up WhatsApp Web chats to HTML, CSV, JSON or Excel, with optional images, audio, video and documents.

Chat Backup for WA turns conversations in your active WhatsApp Web session into portable files you can keep, search and review offline. Select a chat, choose an optional date range and export the conversation as a readable HTML archive or structured CSV, JSON or XLSX data. Pro users can select multiple chats and include available images, voice messages, audio, videos, stickers and documents in ZIP archives. Key features: - Back up the active chat or choose from the loaded chat list - Filter messages by start and end date - Export HTML, CSV, JSON and XLSX - Preserve sender, timestamp, caption, type, message ID and reactions - Support text, media, documents, vCards and polls - Include media files in organized folders with Pro - Process files locally in the browser The Free plan backs up one chat and the latest 200 matching messages per export. Pro supports multiple chats, unlimited matching messages and media files. Chat contents and exported media are processed locally and are not uploaded to ExtensionDesk. ExtensionDesk receives only the account and subscription requests needed for sign-in, entitlement and billing.
