Positive vs Needs Improvement: Positive: The chat window includes being able to pull up other Google features like tasks and the calendar within it. Needs Improvement: The left sidebar is much too wide. It doesn't have the quick GIF search so you have to paste in web addresses, which doesn't work as well. Adds pop up occasionally.
