ChartMark
Overview
Export selected messages from private ChatGPT conversations to Markdown.
ChartMark turns private ChatGPT conversations into clean, editable Markdown without copying the page or sending your chats to another service. Open a conversation, launch the lightweight side drawer, choose exactly which messages you want, and download a Markdown file. All messages are selected by default, with quick actions to select all, clear, invert the selection, or export assistant answers only. Key features: - Export the current branch of a private ChatGPT conversation - Select individual prompts and answers before downloading - Export assistant answers only with one click - Preserve Markdown, code blocks, tables, lists, formulas, and links - Reference available remote images and attachments - Follow ChatGPT light and dark mode automatically - English and Simplified Chinese interface - Works locally with no ChartMark account, analytics, or cloud upload ChartMark reads conversation data only after you deliberately open the drawer. Your short-lived ChatGPT access token is used in memory for that request and is never saved by ChartMark. The generated Markdown is created and downloaded in your browser. Remote media URLs can require a ChatGPT login or expire. When a safe URL is unavailable, ChartMark adds a clear placeholder instead of embedding credentials.
