ChartFits puts a living background behind the candles on TradingView and other sites that use TradingView charts. Your candles, drawings and indicators stay exactly where they are. The skin is drawn behind the chart, nothing is written into your chart settings or saved layouts, and switching ChartFits off puts everything back the way it was. WHAT YOU GET • Dozens of animated skins: aurora, storms, koi, neon skylines, embers and more • Free skins for everyone, plus Pro skins that react to your day: they turn green when you are up and red when you are down • Rank skins you earn just by trading with a skin on. They can't be bought. • Use your own pictures, GIFs and clips as a background (Pro) • Tune strength, dimming, blur and speed so your candles always stay easy to read • Power saver mode, plus a shortcut (Alt+Shift+B) to turn the skin on or off WORKS WITH • TradingView: works as soon as it's installed • Other platforms that use TradingView charts: open ChartFits on the site and press "Turn on here". You approve each site once. PRIVACY ChartFits only reads the chart page so it can place the skin behind it. Price movement is read on your computer to color Pro skins and is never sent anywhere. Skins are visual only and do not affect trading data. **Images (in this folder):** - Screenshots (1280×800): screenshot-1.png … screenshot-5.png - Small promo tile (440×280): promo-tile-440x280.png - Store icon (128×128): use src/icons/icon128.png **Official URL / Homepage:** https://chartfits.trade **Support URL:** https://chartfits.trade (or your support email) ## Privacy practices tab **Single purpose:** Draws an animated, decorative background behind the price chart on TradingView and other sites that use TradingView charts. **Permission justifications:** - **storage:** Saves your chosen skin and settings (strength, dimming, speed, sites you turned it on for). - **unlimitedStorage:** Keeps your own background pictures, GIFs and clips on your computer so they don't have to be downloaded again. - **alarms:** Runs a once-a-minute timer that counts time with a skin on (for ranks) and keeps your sign-in fresh. - **scripting:** Adds the background to a chart site that you turn ChartFits on for yourself, from the popup. - **activeTab:** Lets the popup check the site you're looking at when you press "Turn on here". - **Host permission tradingview.com:** Draws the skin behind TradingView charts. - **Host permission supabase.co:** Talks to ChartFits's own account server (sign-in, owned skins, rank). - **Optional host permission (all https sites):** Asked only when you press "Turn on here" on another chart site, and only for that one site. **Remote code:** No, I am not using remote code. (All code is inside the extension package.) **Data usage – tick these:** - Personally identifiable information: **email address** (for sign-in) - User activity: **time with a skin on** (for ranks) - Website content: **only if they upload their own pictures/clips to the gallery**.
