Cancel subscription

I have emailed repeatedly to cancel my subscription but no one is responding. The extension does not let me log in. I no longer want to be charged for this service that I am no longer using

Can't cancel the payment

I can't cancel the subscription through the extension or either through Stripe cabinet. Two email to support@chargemyemail.com left without response, so please contact me and cancel my premium Charge plan.

why does my button say import contacts and not import csv

I uploaded to my outlook and in your tutorial it says import contacts and in your videos it says charge should have a import csv. i have a csv file to upload and the button currently shown says import contact. How do I get the button to say import csv?
