Overview

Boost volume 600%, tune 12-band EQ, fix one-ear audio, smart-mute tabs on YouTube, Spotify

Charge Audio: Volume & Bass EQ turns up quiet browser audio and lets you shape how it sounds, per site and per tab. Quiet YouTube videos, soft music on Spotify, thin laptop speakers, or a call that sits too low in the mix. Open the popup, raise volume up to 600%, and keep listening without fighting the system volume. What you get - Volume boost from 0% to 600% on the current page - 12-band equalizer with built-in presets (Bass Booster, Vocal Booster, Rock, Spoken Word, and more) plus your own saved curves - Per-tab volume for every audible tab, with mute and unmute all - Smart Mute to quiet background tabs when audio starts elsewhere (optional exclude pinned, handoff mode, whitelist and blacklist hosts) - Stereo width from mono mix to ultra-wide, plus 8D Audio, Fix one ear, and Headphones crossfeed - Saved sites so volume, EQ, and channel settings stick when you return - Themes: Auto, Light, Dark, AMOLED, Ocean, Sunset - Options page to show or hide popup sections, manage presets, and open Charge Audio in Chrome’s side panel instead of the toolbar popup Settings are remembered per site. Reset one site to defaults anytime from the header. Privacy Charge Audio processes tab audio on your device for volume, EQ, and Smart Mute. No tracking and no cloud. For some DRM or protected streams you can turn on Capture Mode; Chrome may show a tab-sharing indicator, and that audio still stays on your computer. How to use 1. Install and pin Charge Audio. 2. Play audio in a tab, then open the popup (or side panel if you chose that in Settings). 3. Raise volume, pick an EQ preset or tweak the bands, and adjust stereo or Smart Mute if you want. 4. Visit the same site later; your settings come back automatically. Works well on everyday sites like YouTube, Spotify, and most web players. A few heavily protected HD streams may not accept the normal boost; Capture Mode covers many of those cases. Need help or found a bug?
