Change pages styling according to the user's preferences.

[IMPORTANT NOTICE] This extension will be removed from the store in 2023, because the extension doesn't fulfill new regulation of chrome store. I tried to fix the extension but with no luck. Sorry for your inconvinience. I would recommend "Midnight Lizard" as an alternative, which works and contains more functionality. [for developper] If you could migrate Manifest V2 to V3 with this extension, PR me in my repository below. This is bothering. I'll delete this one if the original author revised the extension to work, or the forker upload the same thing to the store.
