Overview
Blur private webpage elements and restore them automatically.
Persistent Blur helps you protect private information while browsing. Select any visible webpage element to blur it. Blur rules are saved locally and automatically restored when you return to the page. Features: - Blur text, images, links, inputs, and other webpage elements - Save blur rules for each webpage - Automatically restore saved blurs - Turn selection mode on or off - Undo the last blur - Clear all blurs from the current page - Works locally without sending webpage content to a server How to use: 1. Click the Persistent Blur toolbar icon. 2. Turn on Selection mode. 3. Hover over an element and click it to blur it. 4. Use Undo Last Blur or Clear All Blurs when needed. Persistent Blur does not collect, sell, or transmit personal information. Blur rules are stored locally in your browser. Important: This extension provides visual privacy only. It does not encrypt webpage data or prevent access through browser developer tools, copying, accessibility tools, or screenshots.
