YOTEXT records your online meetings directly in the browser and turns every conversation into a searchable transcript, AI summary, decisions, and action items. Works with Google Meet, Zoom (web), and Microsoft Teams (web). No meeting bot joins your call. No desktop app to install. Just open the side panel, press record, and let YOTEXT capture every word. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open a Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams meeting in Chrome. 2. Click the YOTEXT icon to open the side panel, then press Start recording. 3. Chrome shares the meeting tab audio. YOTEXT transcribes speech in real time and shows a live transcript in the side panel. 4. When the meeting ends, press Finish. YOTEXT uploads the recording and processes a full transcript with speaker separation, an AI summary, key decisions, and follow up tasks. 5. Open the YOTEXT web app to review, search, and share your meeting notes. FEATURES Live transcript with speaker labels and timestamps as the meeting happens. AI generated summary, decisions, and action items after every meeting. Speaker separation that identifies each participant, even in large calls. Search any past meeting by keyword, speaker, or date. Focus mode collapses the panel to a minimal timer bar while recording. Export transcripts as Markdown or download as .md files. No meeting bot joins your call, audio is captured directly from the browser tab. PRIVACY YOTEXT only accesses audio on meeting tabs you explicitly choose to share. Audio is sent to the YOTEXT server for transcription and is not shared with third parties. No meeting content is stored in the browser beyond the current session.
