Overview
Protect company data in AI chat. Block or redact PII, secrets and card numbers before you send, with team policies and audit logs.
Agentbeam applies your company's AI data policy to the AI chat assistants your team already uses, right in the browser. Pasting a customer record, an API key, or a contract into an AI chat takes one click. Agentbeam checks every prompt, paste and file upload before it is sent. When a message contains sensitive data, it blocks the send, asks for a reason, or redacts the sensitive parts in place, depending on what your administrator chose. Ordinary prompts go through with no interruption. Agentbeam is for organizations with an Agentbeam workspace. Each person connects their browser once with their Agentbeam account, and the workspace policy takes effect within a minute. WHAT IT CATCHES - Personal data: email addresses, phone numbers, national ID and passport numbers, dates of birth, addresses - Financial data: payment card numbers, bank account and IBAN numbers - Secrets: live API keys, access tokens, private keys, passwords, URLs with embedded credentials - Internal network details, source code, risky commands and prompt-injection phrases - Your own keywords and patterns, such as project code names or customer IDs HOW IT WORKS - Checks run in the browser, before the message leaves the page. - Blocked messages open a review panel that shows what was found, with the values masked. - "Redact selected" swaps the sensitive values for placeholders such as [REDACTED EMAIL], so you can review the message and send it. - Admins choose a mode for each category: allow, warn, ask, redact or block. They can also restrict uploads or whole AI websites. - The toolbar popup shows the connected workspace, the policy in effect, and today's blocked, redacted and warned actions. FOR SECURITY AND IT TEAMS - One dashboard with every browser connection, recorded action and outcome across the team - Filter by member, browser, AI website or finding type; export to CSV - Policy presets (Standard protection, Review risky actions, Restricted, Developer-friendly) with role and per-member assignments - Roll out through Chrome policy (ExtensionInstallForcelist) using this item's ID WHAT IS SHARED WITH YOUR WORKSPACE By default, Agentbeam sends metadata only: which supported AI website, the type of action (visit, prompt, paste, upload, response, copy), the time, the outcome, and the types and counts of findings. Uploads are reported as file type and size. Prompt and response text, detected values, page addresses and conversation titles are not sent. If your administrator turns on "redacted text", prompt and response text is sent with sensitive values already removed, capped at 4,000 characters. Agentbeam runs only on the supported AI websites listed under site access. Activity goes only to your organization's Agentbeam workspace. It is never sold, and never used for advertising or to train AI models. Disconnecting the browser in Settings stops collection and revokes its credential.
