Adds a custom standings tab to Codeforces & shows your country rank after completion of every contest

This extension is designed for Codeforces users to easily view contest standings filtered by their educational institution. It adds a custom “College Standings” tab to the standings page of each contest, allowing users to see how participants from their organization are performing. This extension also provides a new feature to know your country rank in the standings page itself.
