CERTUS click-to-dial integration for Zoho CRM Leads and Zoom Contact Center (ZCC).

The CERTUS Dialer provides seamless click-to-dial integration between Zoho CRM Plus Leads and the Zoom Workplace desktop client for Zoom Contact Center (ZCC). Key Features: • Direct ZCC Dialing: Automatically routes calls directly into Zoom Contact Center outbound queues, completely bypassing Zoom Phone. • Specific Element Integration: Replaces native Zoho call action buttons and phone links in Lead records without cluttering other page elements. • Outbound Queue Selection: Supports market queue caller IDs with default queue configuration and optional per-call queue prompting. • E.164 Formatting: Automatically formats national and local phone numbers into clean E.164 standards (+1...). Requirements: 1. Active CERTUS account in Zoho CRM Plus. 2. Zoom Workplace desktop application installed and signed in. 3. Active agent working session started in Zoom Contact Center.
