Certa — checkout pilot

Compare the cards saved in your Certa wallet when you reach an online checkout.

Choose a card from your existing Certa wallet when you shop online. Connect the same Certa account you use on your phone and allow checkout access. When Certa detects a checkout, a compact panel appears on the page with a card recommendation, comparisons, and reward conditions that may affect your choice. Certa uses the cards and reward preferences saved in your account and the shared recommendation service used by the phone app. Update your wallet on your phone, then refresh it in the extension. Card images appear in a simple grid so you can check which cards are connected. Merchant, order total, and currency are identified automatically when the page exposes them. If an amount or currency is missing, Certa can still provide a best-guess recommendation and refine it as checkout details arrive. You can edit the total or choose a category scenario when needed. Use the Certa toolbar button to open advice manually if automatic checkout detection does not appear. The extension does not read payment-card numbers or address fields, fill in payment details, or place orders. Site access is optional and can be revoked in Chrome. There are no ads, affiliate links, or automatic pilot analytics in this release. This is a free pilot for people with a Certa account. Email and password sign-in is supported. Google or Apple sign-in and accounts requiring an additional security challenge are not yet supported by this extension. Sign in again after restarting Chrome. Checkout layouts vary and some pages cannot be detected or read reliably. Recommendations and modeled rewards are estimates; issuer eligibility, spending limits, activation requirements, exchange rates, and known fees can affect the result. Certa does not verify a purchase or the rewards you earn.
