I like the idea that this extension is the first thing that hits you when you turn on your browser. In that way, you get to be fired up for a new day while going through your progress for the previous day. The soothing wallpaper, the audio meditation pieces as well as the ability to setup your itinerary for the new day hits up fine thereby making sure you take on each day with the best version of you.
