Cerberus SSO
Overview
Automatically fills application login credentials from the Cerberus SSO vault via the desktop agent and captures login-page fields.
Cerberus SSO automatically signs users in to enterprise applications using the Cerberus desktop agent installed on the same computer. HOW IT WORKS An administrator defines an application profile in the Cerberus Admin Console, including the sign-in page address, the fields to be completed, and the order in which they should be filled. When a user opens a configured sign-in page, the extension communicates with the Cerberus desktop agent running locally on the same computer. The agent checks whether sign-in information is available for the application and whether the user is authorized to use it. If both conditions are met, the agent securely provides the required information to the extension, which completes the sign-in process. The extension can also capture the layout of fields on a sign-in page, allowing administrators to configure new applications more easily without manually defining field selectors. REQUIREMENTS This extension requires the Cerberus desktop agent and its native messaging host to be installed on the user's computer by an IT administrator. Applications must also be configured by an administrator in the Cerberus Admin Console. Cerberus SSO is designed for managed enterprise deployments and is not intended for individual or unmanaged installations.
