ceph github helper

This extension will add some buttons after the comments in any ceph github pull request page.

The following buttons will be displayed when accessing any Pull Request in ceph's github: Scroll up, Scroll down, Jenkins and reviewed-by. When clicking the Jenkins button a list of all Jenkins commands will show you and you can selected one to be inserted into the comment field. Clicking in the reviewed-by button will fetch all the participants of the PR, get their information and add that information to the merge text field.
