Overview

Save jobs from LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and company career pages to G-Track, see what you applied to, and fill application forms.

G-Track keeps your job search in one place. This extension brings it to the job pages you already use. On a job page - Save the job to your G-Track board in one click, with its role, company, location, salary and description. - See at a glance whether you already saved it, or when you applied and where it stands (for example "Applied on 3 Oct · Interviewing"). - See how well your resume matches the job, and the keywords it's missing. - Mark a job as applied when you apply outside G-Track. On job application forms - "Fill from G-Track" first shows you what it will fill: your contact details and address, your resume file, answers to common questions such as notice period, expected salary, years of experience, work authorisation, visa sponsorship and relocation, and your work experience, education, certificates, languages and skills from your resume. - Then, when you click "Fill these", it fills the empty fields, adds a box for each job, degree, certificate and language the form asks for (never one you already have), and attaches your resume. Voluntary equal-opportunity questions are answered only if you chose answers in G-Track Settings. - Afterwards it shows what it filled, what still needs you and why, and the questions to answer in your own words. - Anything it doesn't know, you type once, right in the panel or on the form, and choose "Remember". The next form with that question fills itself. You can change or delete what it remembers in G-Track Settings. - Optional Smart fill: if questions are still empty, you can ask G-Track to answer them from your resume and G-Track details for 1 AI credit (none if it finds nothing). It shows each answer and where it came from, and fills only the ones you approve. It never answers consent, diversity, legal, work-permit or essay questions. - It never changes what you've typed, never makes up a date or an answer, never attaches a cover letter, never ticks consent boxes, never writes essay answers and never submits. You check the form and submit it yourself. Anywhere else - Click the toolbar button and "Save this page" to save a job from any careers page. If the page doesn't describe the job in a way the extension can read, you can type the role and company yourself. - Or click "Fill this page" to fill an application form on any site, with the same preview first. - Optional: turn on "Show G-Track on every job site" and the panel also pops up by itself on job pages and application forms on other sites, such as a company's own careers page. It's off until you turn it on, Chrome asks you first, and you can turn it off at any time. To decide whether a page is a job or an application form, the extension looks at the page in your browser; nothing is sent for that. Works on job pages on LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed, on the application forms of popular hiring systems, and on company career pages that publish standard job data. You need a G-Track account (free plan available at jobtrack-ai.com). Click the extension's icon and choose Connect to link it to your account. You can disconnect at any time from the extension or from G-Track Settings. Privacy: the extension reads only the job you have open and the application form you choose to fill, on the sites it supports, and on other pages only when you click "Save this page" or "Fill this page" (or, if you turned on "Show G-Track on every job site", to check in your browser whether a page is a job or an application form). It never applies, submits or sends messages for you, and never changes your LinkedIn or Naukri profile. It sends your G-Track account only what these features need (the job, your choices such as "I applied" or which resume to use, the answers you typed only when you choose "Remember", and, only when you click "Try Smart fill", the wording and choices of the questions still empty, never what you typed). It doesn't send your browsing history, cookies or the page's code, and it can't read your email.
