Centh Workforce brings your credentialing work into a persistent Chrome side panel, so you can review candidate requirements and supporting evidence while working across websites. MY ACTIONS See credentialing reviews available to your account. Open a focused requirement, inspect its evidence, and approve or reject eligible reviews with a recorded reason. Decision controls stay within reach while you scroll. MY CANDIDATES View your authorized candidate placements, onboarding progress, requirement statuses and case activity. Staffing teams can filter by customer organization, while healthcare teams can filter by facility. JOBDIVA CANDIDATE MATCHING Open a supported JobDiva candidate page to find its matching Workforce case automatically. When multiple authorized cases match, choose the relevant assignment. The extension reads the candidate identifier from the page URL without scraping page text or documents. LAYLA Access the Workforce assistant from the panel for help with your authorized credentialing work. KEEP YOUR WORK IN VIEW Switch websites or close a JobDiva tab while keeping your selected Workforce view available in the side panel. ACCOUNT ACCESS An active Centh Workforce account with enabled credentialing access is required. Your organization's permissions determine which records and actions are available. An internet connection and Chrome 116 or later are required. JobDiva access is needed only for automatic candidate matching. Bullhorn candidate detection is not included.
