Grading, filtering and planning tools for Kumon Class-Navi and K-SIS: marking list filters, Auto Grader, worksheet patterns.

CenterAide is a helper for Kumon instructors and center staff. It adds the tools Class-Navi and K-SIS are missing, right on the pages you already use, so grading, planning and keeping students on track take less time. GRADING • Auto Grader: grade worksheets faster on the Class-Navi marking screen. • Marking list filters: show only Tests, only Corrections, only work the Kumon Global Grading Center does not grade (Non KGGC), or only certain levels. See which worksheets were finished in the last few minutes. • Grading log: who graded what, when, and on which laptop, for the whole center. STUDY PLANS • Worksheet patterns: split a set across study days like 4-3-3, 3-2-3-2 or 2-2, next to Kumon's 5 and 10. Each student's last choice comes back next time. • Study planner: build and apply a student's next plan in a few clicks. • Quick test: search a student, pick an Achievement Test and set it without hunting through pages. KEEPING STUDENTS ON TRACK • Student engagement: see which students have gone quiet in a subject, most recent first. Mark them Contacted or Snoozed with a note, and every laptop at the center sees it. • Change log: a record of every change CenterAide made, so the owner always knows what happened. K-SIS • Report B: upload the Class-Navi Study Summary CSV and CenterAide fills in each student's worksheet counts. • Auto Test Entry: upload the Test Result List CSV and CenterAide enters the Achievement Tests, following your center's rules. MADE FOR THE WHOLE CENTER • One set of center settings shared by every laptop: which patterns and filters show, how many quiet days count, test entry rules. • Link assistant laptops with a code, and turn CenterAide on or off for any device from the owner's account. • A short walkthrough on each page, plus a "What's new" note whenever something changes. PRICING Your first month is free. After that, CenterAide Pro is billed monthly per student subject through a secure Stripe checkout. One subscription covers everyone at the center. PRIVACY CenterAide runs in your browser on Class-Navi and K-SIS pages.
