What Cenopis Copilot does Understands your OLX conversations Reads the last messages in a chat (only on OLX) and detects what the buyer is asking: discount, delivery, availability, or details about the item. Generates smart reply suggestions For every buyer message, Copilot creates 2–3 short replies you can use as-is or edit. Keep your tone polite, clear, and firm—without staring at an empty input box. One-click insert into chat Choose a suggestion and insert it directly into the OLX message field with a single click. You stay in control and send the final version yourself. Uses your item description and price Copilot can use descriptions and pricing created in the main Cenopis app to answer questions more accurately and keep your story consistent. Works in multiple languages Ideal for sellers who speak Ukrainian, Russian, or English but negotiate with buyers in Polish. Copilot helps you sound natural and professional. How it works Install the extension and sign in to your Cenopis account. Open any OLX conversation with a buyer. Click the Cenopis Copilot button to analyze the chat. Pick a suggested reply and insert it into the OLX chat input. Edit if needed and send the message as usual. Credits and pricing Cenopis Copilot uses the same credit system as the main Cenopis portal. Each suggestion request consumes a small number of credits from your balance. You can view and top up your credits at any time in your Cenopis account. Privacy & data use Cenopis Copilot only reads content on supported OLX pages to provide its features. We send the minimum necessary text to our servers and to our AI provider to generate suggestions.
