Overview

Connect CellCog AI to your Chrome browser — browse, fill forms, and automate tasks with AI assistance.

Browse my Chrome connects CellCog AI to your real Chrome browser, letting your AI agent navigate pages, fill forms, and take actions on your behalf — using your actual logged-in sessions and bookmarks. What it does ------------ • Your AI agent gets a dedicated "CellCog" tab group in your Chrome window — the shared workspace where it operates. • You bring tabs into the workspace explicitly via the "Adopt" action, or the AI opens new ones inside it. Tabs outside the group stay private. • Chrome's built-in yellow debugger banner appears on every tab the AI is driving. You can dismiss it any time to revoke access. How it works ------------ This extension pairs with the free CellCog Desktop app (download at https://cellcog.ai/cowork) via secure Native Messaging. The desktop app is the trust boundary — the extension does nothing on its own; every action is initiated by your AI session in CellCog and explicitly tracked. Privacy & control ----------------- • Set an "auto-approve threshold" for what runs automatically vs requires your click. Defaults to the strictest level. • Password fields and credit card fields are always redacted from anything the AI reads. • No browsing history is stored by this extension. No data is sent to third parties beyond your AI session's LLM provider. • Read CellCog's privacy policy at https://cellcog.ai/support/privacy-policy Open source friendly -------------------- CellCog Browse uses the same Chrome DevTools Protocol approach as other AI-browser tools (OpenAI Codex, Stagehand, Browserbase). All the heavy lifting happens in the open-source CellCog Desktop app — this extension is intentionally minimal. Requirements ------------ • Google Chrome (Stable, Beta, Canary) on macOS, Windows, or Linux • CellCog account (free at https://cellcog.ai) • CellCog Desktop app installed and connected Questions or feedback: support@cellcog.ai
