SpeedMeter Overlay helps you monitor browser activity in real time with a compact floating overlay. Keep an eye on download speed, upload activity, active file downloads, and memory-heavy tabs without opening DevTools or Chrome Task Manager. Estimations: General browsing traffic and some page activity are estimated. This is because Chrome does not expose exact network throughput for every site in the same way it exposes download manager data. Privacy SpeedMeter Overlay works locally in your browser. It is designed purely to monitor performance and does not collect personal browsing data. Settings are stored locally and may sync through Chrome sync storage if enabled in your browser.
