Overview

Copies the Explorer path of the OneDrive-synced copy of the SharePoint folder you are viewing. Not affiliated with Microsoft.

Jump from a SharePoint folder in your browser to the same folder in Windows Explorer, in two clicks. If your team keeps files in SharePoint and you sync folders to your PC with OneDrive shortcuts, Explorer Path for SharePoint gives you the exact Explorer path of the folder you are looking at. Click the toolbar button, paste into Explorer's address bar, and you are there. HOW IT WORKS 1. Add a SharePoint folder to OneDrive as a shortcut. 2. Open that folder in SharePoint and click the toolbar button. 3. Paste the folder's Explorer path once to create a pairing. 4. From then on, any folder inside a paired folder gives you its Explorer path with one click. THE BUTTON TELLS YOU WHERE YOU STAND - Gray: this is not a SharePoint folder. - Green: the path is ready, and it is copied when you click. - Red: this folder is not mapped to OneDrive yet. OTHER FEATURES - Works as you move around SharePoint, with no page reloads. - Longest-match pairing, so nested shortcuts pick the closest one, and you can choose from a list. - A name check warns you if you pair the wrong folder. - Warns about paths of 260 characters or more. - Built-in help page and a settings page to edit or delete pairings. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No accounts, no analytics, no network requests. Your pairings stay in your browser. The extension only reads the address of SharePoint tabs. REQUIREMENTS Windows, Chrome, the OneDrive sync app signed in to the same account, and folders added to OneDrive as shortcuts. Personal OneDrive sites (-my.sharepoint.com) are not supported yet. Explorer Path for SharePoint is made by Like a Pixel. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft. SharePoint, OneDrive and Windows are trademarks of Microsoft.
