Wisp Coach

Keeps the Champions VGC best-of-3 games you play on Pokémon Showdown, so you can analyse them with Wisp.

Wisp Coach keeps the Champions VGC best-of-3 games you play on Pokémon Showdown, so you can analyse every one of them on Wisp, even when nobody uploads the replay. Wisp (wispcoach.com) is a coach for Pokémon Champions VGC, Regulation M-C. It reviews a game decision by decision: your chance to win after every turn, and what it would have played instead. Until now it could only read replays that someone uploaded. With Wisp Coach: • Once you agree, every Reg M-C best-of-3 game you play under your name is kept in your browser when it ends, with the exact team you sent, spreads included. • At the end of each game a small card appears: "Analyse in Wisp" opens that game on wispcoach.com and starts the analysis from your side. • On wispcoach.com, Analyze › Showdown player lists your kept games next to your public replays, and marks the ones that were never uploaded. • The toolbar button shows the name you play under, your latest games, a switch to pause saving and a button to clear them. Your games stay with you Wisp Coach asks first: when you install it, a page says what it keeps, and nothing is kept until you choose Start saving. Games are kept only in this browser's extension storage, the latest 200. The extension has no server and sends them nowhere: only the Wisp site, in the same browser, can read them, when you open Analyze. Analysing a game then sends its battle positions, not your name, to Wisp's servers, as the privacy policy explains. Wisp Coach never keeps battles you only watch or the room's chat, and it never sends anything to Showdown or plays for you. Removing the extension erases everything it kept.
