Cannot find table "Select Table"

In my main doc, I created a Table "InboxDB" in a doc but it did not show up in "Select Table" field.
I tested it by changing the table names of other tables, the changes also did not show up in the "Select Table" field.

I tried creating an empty doc and changes showed up immediately.

Is this a problem related to the size of the doc?
Both docs are in the same workspace.

Web clipping

Hi - Notion has their Web Clipper extension and I was wondering if Coda.io has any way to do this as well. Thank you!

Extension problem

I already installed the Coda extension, but when I use it in incognito mode I get the following message: "No extension? No problem.
We don't currently support editing the same doc in multiple tabs. However, if you download our Chrome extension, clicking links and entering URLs for open docs will automatically take you to the existing doc tab instead of this error page."
