HTML Heading Highlighter

It's okay, it does work despite what other reviews say. It does its job, but a bit roughly: it creates an overlay on the page you're inspecting with a legend containing heading (a bit unpleasant and not-given-much-thought-to) colors that cannot be moved and it's fully opaque by default unless hovered. Seems to not be maintained anymore--clicking the button doesn't do anything.

Excellent! It's a great extension for those who are visual.
