Fills the TREC contract from ReSimpli + MLS Matrix and creates it in Documenso, ready to review and send.

BEVA Contracts is an internal tool for BEVA Homes. It pulls property details from our CRM and MLS records, pre-fills TREC residential contract fields, and creates a ready-to-review draft in our e-signature platform — turning 15 minutes of retyping into about one minute. Requires company logins; not useful outside our team.
