Issue with Installing and Running TD2 PWA and Chrome Extension

Dear Time Doctor Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with installing and running the Time Doctor 2 PWA and its Chrome extension. After logging into my account through the Chrome extension, I encounter the following error message:

Install the TD2 PWA or start it if already installed.
I have attempted the following steps to resolve the issue:

Ensured that the TD2 PWA is installed by clicking the install icon in the Chrome address bar.
Launched the PWA from the applications menu.
Updated Google Chrome to the latest version.
Logged into my Time Doctor account again through the extension.
Reinstalled the Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store.
Granted all necessary permissions for both the extension and the PWA.
Despite these efforts, the issue persists. I have also cleared the cache and cookies in Chrome and verified my security and firewall settings.

Could you please provide further assistance to resolve this issue?

"Time doctor Classic" app integration issue with chrome extension.

The "Start Timer" button does not appear in the new ticket view from Jira. i am currently use the "Time doctor Classic" app and extension. Kindly resolve this issue

Salesforce Custom Objects

Can TimeDoctor chrome extension be used with Salesforce custom objects? It appears it works with the default task object but not a custom task object. Anything we can do to make it work with the custom task object?
