ListPilot is for car salespeople and dealership teams who post inventory on Facebook Marketplace. Stop retyping every unit. Open the car on your dealership's website, and ListPilot brings the details, photos and a written description into Marketplace's vehicle form for you to check and publish. **HOW IT WORKS** 1. Open a vehicle detail page on your dealership's website. 2. Open the ListPilot side panel and click Get Vehicle Info. The first time you use a new website, Chrome asks you to allow ListPilot on that site. 3. Check the year, make, model, trim, price, mileage, colors and other details. If something came through wrong, fix it before you post. 4. Pick up to 20 photos, in the order you want buyers to see them. 5. Choose a description style and read the description ListPilot's AI wrote from the vehicle details. 6. Click List to Facebook Marketplace. ListPilot opens Marketplace's vehicle form in your own Facebook account and fills in the details, photos and description. 7. Look it over and click Publish yourself. ListPilot never publishes for you. **WHAT YOU GET** • Vehicle details pulled from the page you're on, so there's no copy and paste. • A photo picker: choose up to 20 photos and set their order. • AI descriptions in several styles, from bold Marketplace copy to clean and professional, or write your own instructions. Your name and phone number are added for you. • Commercial Vehicle Mode for trucks, vans and equipment that belong under Commercial/Industrial. • My Listings (beta): a list of what you've posted from this computer. It flags when the dealer page shows a price change or the unit is gone, so you know which listings to update or mark sold. • Reply templates for the buyer messages you answer every day. ListPilot works on many dealership website platforms, but not every site reads perfectly. If a vehicle page doesn't come through right, email support@listpilot.vip with the page link and we'll take a look. **PRICING** • Your first 5 posting attempts are free. No credit card is needed. Just verify your email. • Each click of List to Facebook Marketplace uses one free attempt, even if you post the same vehicle again. • After that, it's $89 a month per salesperson. Billing is month to month with no contract, and you can cancel anytime. • To start the trial, enter your name, phone number, city and state, and email. Your dealership website is optional. Your name and phone number go into your descriptions. **YOUR DATA, IN PLAIN ENGLISH** • ListPilot reads a dealer page only when you click Get Vehicle Info, and only on websites you've allowed. • To write the description, ListPilot sends the vehicle details to its server, which passes them to OpenAI to generate the text. The details are year, make, model, trim, price, mileage, colors and features. Your seller name, your phone number and any custom instructions go with them. ListPilot does not save them in its database. • If a page is missing basic specs, ListPilot may send the page title and spec text to the same AI service to fill in body style, fuel type or transmission. The answer is saved in a shared make-and-model table (for example, "Chevrolet Tahoe: SUV, gasoline") that isn't linked to you. It may also look up the VIN with the U.S. government's free NHTSA VIN decoder. • Photos are downloaded in your browser so they can be attached in Facebook. If a dealer's photo server blocks that, the photo is fetched through ListPilot's server. • If a page can't be read, the extension sends us that website's domain name and the error, so we can add support for it. • Your name, phone, email and dealership website are stored with your license, along with a device ID and your browser's user agent. Your IP address is recorded at sign-up to prevent duplicate trials. We email you about your trial and account, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails. • Your seller settings, license key and My Listings history are saved in Chrome's extension storage on your computer. • Stripe processes payments. ListPilot never sees your card number. • Your Facebook login stays in your browser. ListPilot doesn't collect your Facebook password. • We don't sell your data.
