Piano chord diagrams for Songsterr
SongsPiano adds piano-friendly chord diagrams to Songsterr so keyboard players can follow along without translating guitar shapes. WHEN YOU CLICK A CHORD Songsterr’s guitar chord popup stays the same. SongsPiano adds a piano keyboard underneath it, with the chord tones highlighted and labeled (e.g. E → E, G#, B). Use the arrows to cycle guitar voicings as usual — the piano section always shows the chord tones, independent of the fretboard shape. HOVER FOR A QUICK LOOK Hover any chord label to see a floating piano diagram. Move away and it disappears - handy when you’re scanning a progression. TAB & CHORD PAGES Works on Songsterr chords pages and tab / lead-sheet views wherever chord symbols appear. Permanent diagram cards get the same piano section under each guitar chart. VOICE-LED STYLES Pick how dense the voicing should be from the SongsPiano dock: • Block — simple close-position chords • Simple / Pop / Full / Jazz — denser voicings with voice-leading to keep hand movement small between chords OPTIONAL STAFF VIEW On pitched tracks (not drums), turn on Piano Notes to overlay a treble staff in place of the tab, with notes shifted into a comfortable reading range. Experimental, but useful for practice and learning. Built for practice — not a Songsterr replacement, and not affiliated with Songsterr..
