My Subscription is paid and you're extension is not working

I would like a refund. This isn't reasonable to not be able to use an extension I am paying a premium cost for.

While I’m downloading the sheet of Instagram comments on one of our posts, it's not providing a complete download of all the comments. The total number of comments is 210 but post- download only reflects 170 comments. I’ve purchased this software so kindly help me with a solution on priority.
