Keep scrolling down to load contents of a web page

Sometimes there is an issue

Your Auto scroll down will load content off screen, below, but once it is loaded it stops scrolling so I never get to the bottom of the page. This is especially true for if I pinch zoom on laptop screen so that I can see better.
I would be great if it would make sure that the scroll-bar on the right is touching the right scroll-down arrow in the bottom right of the browser. It gets so close but just not enough to recognize that there is more that can't be seen yet unless it scrolls down a little further.
