Persistent working context, safe navigation, search, capture and call actions for Hydra CCC.

CCC Companion gives authorised Hydra CCC users a focused Chrome side panel for day-to-day customer activity. It works with your existing signed-in Hydra CCC session and only provides access to records and actions permitted by your CCC account. Key features: • Search permitted CCC companies, contacts and tickets • Open relevant portal records and maintain working context • Pin records and revisit recent CCC activity • Place click-to-dial calls after explicit confirmation • Review selected webpage text before saving it as a CCC CRM note • Switch safely between approved Live, Preview, Test, Dev and Beta environments Selected text is sent to Hydra CCC only when you explicitly choose to save it. Pins, recent activity and unsent capture drafts are stored locally in Chrome. Click-to-dial and note creation require the corresponding permissions in your Hydra CCC account. CCC Companion requires an active Hydra CCC account and does not provide an independent telephony or CRM service.
