Click a Claude "Jump to" link to bring the exact Chrome window and tab Claude is working in to the front.
CC Jump turns the "Jump to" links Claude gives you into one-click navigation. When Claude is working in a specific Chrome tab and shares a jump link, clicking it brings that exact window, tab, and tab group to the front — instead of you hunting through your open tabs. It works entirely on your own machine: no network calls, no storage, no data collected. If the tab a link points to has been closed, it shows a short page listing your open tabs that match so you can pick the right one. Built for personal use with Claude.
