Open a rental listing on Idealista or Imovirtual: the Aluseg side panel shows how the rent compares with the market in the parish, with the estimated range, the reference rent, similar listings and the price history. Tenant: prepare your application with your Aluseg tenant file. The extension fills in the listing's contact form with a message in Portuguese or English; you always send it yourself. Landlord: import your listing into Aluseg, create the application link, prepare a reply to paste into the portal's conversation and follow applications in one place. Share your current rent to help the next tenant: we only publish aggregated statistics, never your individual rent. Sources shown in every analysis: Aluseg verified data (official INE statistics and leases registered on Aluseg) or published asking prices. The extension never clicks Send and never writes in the portal's conversation.
