Save images, highlighted text, links and posts from the web to your Causal canvases.

Save anything you find on the web straight into Causal. Right-click and choose "Save to Causal", pick a canvas, and it lands in that canvas's Unsorted tray, ready to place when you are. What you can save • Pictures – right-click any image. Causal saves the full-size version, even on sites like Instagram and Pinterest that hide images behind overlays. • Text – highlight a passage and save it as a note, quoted, with the page's title and address. • Links – right-click a link, or highlight one, to save it as a link card with its preview. • Posts from X and Threads – hover a post and click the Causal button to save its text. Quick to use • Press Alt+Shift+S, or click the toolbar icon, to save what you've highlighted. • Search your canvases, or start a new one, right from the picker. • Your last canvas is remembered, so saving a run of things to one place is a single Enter. Uses your Causal account The extension uses the account you're signed in to at app.causal.so. There's no separate login. Sign in to Causal in Chrome and you're ready. Private by design Nothing is read or sent until you choose to save something. The extension doesn't track your browsing.
