CaseXchange connects CloudLex case management pages with the CaseXchange referral platform, helping law firms match, link, and synchronize referral data without leaving CloudLex. FEATURES • View linked CaseXchange referrals directly from CloudLex pages • Automatically match CloudLex intakes and leads to CaseXchange referrals • Link CloudLex cases to CaseXchange referrals • Sync case status changes between CloudLex and CaseXchange • Send referral messages from the CloudLex sidebar • Support background sync using your active CloudLex session HOW IT WORKS After installation, open the extension settings and enter your CaseXchange API key. Then navigate to a supported CloudLex intake, lead, or matter page. The CaseXchange sidebar appears automatically and shows matching or linked referral information. PRIVACY The extension uses CloudLex page data and CloudLex API data only to provide the CaseXchange integration. Your CaseXchange API key is stored locally in your browser and sent only to the CaseXchange API over HTTPS. CloudLex session headers are stored only in session-scoped browser storage and are cleared when the browser session ends.
