Adds a side panel on WooCommerce/Shopify orders - save UP to 90s per ticket
Casekit helps e-commerce support teams reply faster on order tickets. When you open an order in WooCommerce (wp-admin, classic + HPOS) or Shopify Admin, Casekit adds a small side panel that lets you: Copy a clean order summary (order ref, customer, totals, items, dates, tracking when available) Use ready-to-send macros to reply consistently (refund, replacement, delay, return instructions) Follow a returns checklist so nothing is missed Work clipboard-first: paste into Zendesk, Gorgias, email, WhatsApp, Zapier, etc. Privacy / Local-first Casekit is local-first: it reads information from the order page you’re already viewing and formats it for you.
