Case Manager Helper is a Chrome extension designed to support teams working with NetSuite Support Case records. It adds quick actions directly to Case pages to reduce repetitive updates and improve case quality checks. It offers tools to apply recipients, generate communication text, move cases to In Analysis, insert standard case templates, and run Tech/Case Compliance validations that highlight fields needing attention. The extension stores user configuration in Chrome storage and only runs on NetSuite Case pages.
