Description Casca AIShutter is an AI privacy shutter that runs on your computer. When you press Send on the web version of DeepSeek, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot, it checks your message on your computer first for sensitive data — ID and tax numbers, health and social-security numbers, driving licence numbers, IBAN and bank account numbers, phone numbers, addresses, payment cards and API keys. Only when something is found does a confirmation card appear; once you confirm, those values are replaced with codes such as [CREDIT_CARD_1] before sending. When the AI reply comes back, the codes are turned back into the real values on your computer. Real values never leave your computer. When nothing sensitive is found, nothing happens — no pop-up, no delay. Countries with dedicated rules: Taiwan, mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, United States, Japan, Germany, United Kingdom, India, South Korea, France, Brazil, Australia, Canada, Spain, Mexico, Italy, the Netherlands and Poland. Some types are detected only when preceded by a keyword so harmless numbers are not masked. No server, no telemetry: the extension sends no data to any server. Its only connection is to the local Casca AIShutter program on the same computer (127.0.0.1) to exchange status and per-type counts (never content). The interface appears in English, German, French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Traditional Chinese or Simplified Chinese, depending on your browser language.
