Overview
Unofficial Amazon.com filter that runs locally for recognized-brand preferences, labeled ads, and visible review-evidence controls.
CartSift reduces clutter while you shop on Amazon.com in desktop Chrome. It compares displayed product brands with a catalog packaged in the extension, hides sponsored placements it can identify, and reduces review noise using evidence visible on the page. - Balanced mode is the default: it keeps recognized and unknown brands visible while honoring your explicit blocked-brand and product rules. - Strict mode is opt-in: it keeps catalog-recognized brands, brands you allow, and products you explicitly allow. It can hide legitimate niche, new, or ambiguously labeled products. - The default Evidence review preset flags weaker visible signals without hiding reviews. More aggressive presets are opt-in. - Filtering can be disabled at any time from the extension popup. - All processing happens locally in Chrome. CartSift has no telemetry, analytics, advertising, affiliate rewriting, account, or developer-operated network service. Scope: Amazon.com US desktop search results, product pages, and product-review pages. Amazon experiments and markup changes may affect filtering. Catalog recognition is not product authentication or an endorsement. A visible product is not guaranteed genuine, safe, authorized, or high quality, and a filtered product is not necessarily illegitimate. Review filtering uses visible evidence only; it does not detect or prove review fraud. CartSift is an independent, unofficial browser extension and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon or any cataloged brand. This app was not created or endorsed by Amazon.
