IS THE SENDER REALLY THE CARRIER? When you run a check while reading an email, Carrier Check compares the sender's address against the carrier's FMCSA-registered contact. A dead MC number paired with a sender who doesn't match the record is the impersonation shape that costs brokers money. OPTIONAL: MESSAGE-LANGUAGE CHECK You can turn on a check that reads the carrier message you have open and flags language patterns associated with freight fraud — payment-change requests, pressure to skip verification, and similar. This is OFF until you turn it on. When it's on, the text of that one open message is sent to Draylo for the check and is not stored.
