ON A JOB POSTING • See whether the role is already on Carir, and your history with the employer • Save it to your Wishlist or your Tracker in one click • With Pro: your fit score with the lines of your resume behind it, a tailored resume, a cover letter, and the people to contact about the role ON AN APPLICATION FORM • Carir reads the form and fills it from your Carir profile and the answers you saved: name, contact details, links, work authorization and more • Every field it touches is outlined: green from your record, amber drafted (read it), red needs you • With Pro: drafts for open questions, written from your resume for you to read and edit • Keep the answers you type, and Carir fills them next time • Carir never presses Submit. You do. ON LINKEDIN AND JOB BOARDS • On LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor, Carir never reads or changes the page.
