CARF EPC Helper

Opens parts diagrams by VIN and adds parts into the CARF work order you already have open.

CARF EPC Helper is a workflow tool for dealerships using CARF Dealer Intelligence. It connects the parts catalogues your dealership already has accounts with to the work order open in CARF, so a part does not have to be copied by hand between two browser tabs. What it does: • Opens the parts catalogue at the correct model for a VIN from a CARF work order. • Reads the part number, description and price of a part you select in the catalogue. • Sends that part to the CARF work order you have open. What it does not do: • It does not read, store or transmit login credentials for any catalogue. • It does not collect browsing history or personal information. • It is only active on the catalogue and CARF pages listed in its permissions, and does nothing on any other site. You need an existing CARF Dealer Intelligence account and your own parts catalogue accounts to use it.
